I think Jim's face is a little longer, so maybe that's why you think this doesn't look like him much.

But you know what, when I saw this as a thumbnail on my updates page and I hadn't seen the name yet, I knew it was Jim because you captured his expression really well. This coming from a very big Jim/Pam fan. :)
